The Noritake Centerless grinding wheels are used to manufacture a wide range of parts including Engine Valves, Injection Nozzles, Balance Shafts, Cam Journals, Cutting Tools and Valve Lifters just to name a few.
The Centerless grinding wheels are available in Segmented and Seamless designs. Segmented Centerless grinding wheels are a Noritake standard for grinding perfectly round parts which maintain high rigidity during the grinding process between contact points. To improve the Centerless grinding process Noritake created the Seamless grinding wheel to achieve maximum grinding precision without leaving seams on the part for further work-piece cleanup. The Seamless Centerless grinding wheel improves work-piece roundness and also provides a smooth grinding finish with stable trueing and dressing.
