The XAP Internal Grinding wheel is a special vitrified bonded CBN quill mounted tool that demonstrates stable and extraordinary accuracy for grinding many manufacturing applications. XAP can improve the standard grinding process by lowering the grinding resistance. XAP’s bond structure is more uniformed due to the cross section manufacturing process. Layering the grain, bond, and filler close to one another presenting no gaps. XAP is best used for grinding bore and seat face for fuel injection components. You can also use XAP ID grinding wheels for track and the internal diameter of ball bearings.
